Nutela Toffee/ Kids special 
Nutela - 1 cup
Crushed Marie biscuit - 1 cup

Mix well both the ingredients and roll them into gooseberry sized toffees. Keep them in the refrigerator to set. Easy, simple toffees ready to go into your mouth...

Cocoa Cake 
Ingredients
1. Cocoa powder- 3 dsp
2. Water- ¼ cup
3. Flour- 250 gms
4. Baking Powder - 1 tsp
5. Butter- 250 gms
6. Powdered sugar - 250 gms
7. Eggs ‘ yolk- 4
8. Milk - ½ cup
9. Orange juice - 2 dsp
10. Orange peel scraped - ¼ tsp
11. Eggs ‘ white – 4
12. Vanilla Essence- ½ tsp
13. Sugar- 2 dsp

Method
1. Mix cocoa with water . Keep on fire and allow it to thicken remove and cool.
2. Sieve flour and baking powder.
3. Cream sugar and butter . Add the yolk one by one and mix the cocoa mixture with it. Add the sieved flour and milk alternately and keep mixing . Mix the peel with the orange juice and add to the batter.
4. Whisk the egg whites. Add the essence and mix the sugar little by little . Fold in to the batter.
5. Pour the cake mixture into a cake tin lined with greased paper . Bake at 350º F for to 45 minutes.

Tea Cake  
Ingredients
1. Flour- 250 gms
2. Baking powder- 1 tsp
3. Milk- ¼ cup
4. Butter- 250 gms
5. Powdered sugar-250 gms
6. Egg ‘ s Yolk- 4
7. Orange peel ground- ½ tsp
8. Lime rind grated- 2 pinches
9. Egg ‘ s white- 4
10. Vanilla essence – 1 tsp
11. Sugar- 1 tsp

Method
1. Sieve flour and baking powder
2. Cream the butter . Add the powdered sugar. Bear well . Add the egg yolk one by one beating well after each addition . Add the ground orange peel and lime rind. Mix well. Fold in the flour and milk alternately.
3. Whisk the egg white adding the essence and sugar and mix well the prepared batter.
4. Line a cake mixture into it without leveling . Bake in an oven of 400º F for 35 minutes . When it is cooled take it out along with the paper.

Murukku 
Ingredients
1. Roasted gram- 2 cups
2. Husked black beans- 1 cup
3. Fine rice flour- 4 cups
4. Water- 10 cups
5. Salt - to taste
6. Butter- 1dsp
7. Sesame seeds- 1 dsp
8. cumin seeds- 1 dsp
9. Ground nut oil or refined vegetable oil for frying  - as required.

Method
1. Powder the roasted gram and black beans separately
2. Sieve the rice flour and the powdered ingredients together
3. Boil water . Add salt and butter to it
4. Add boiled water slowly into the sieved flours,stirring all the time to prevent lumps
5. Cool and knead into a soft dough adding the sesame and  cumin seeds.

To make the murukku
1. Divide the dough into several small portions
2. place a portion of the dough in a murukku press. Press the dough through onto a lightly floured surface to form spiraling rounds. Deep fry in batches in hot oil till done . Drain off excess oil ,cool and store in airtight tins.

Orange Jelly  

Ingredients
01. 2 cups of orange juice ¼ cup of sugar
02. 3 tsp. Gelatine 3 dsp. Water
03. Orange segments of 2 oranges

Method
01. Mix orange juice with sugar and keep it in a stainless  steel vessel. Boil after in a bigger vessel. Keep the vessel with the juice inside the boiling water and heat the juice.

02. Soak the gelatine in 3 dsp. Of water. Dissolve it by keeping it over boiling water Mix the melted gelatine with the orange juice Again keep the orange juice vessel in the boiling water and stir it continuously . When it becomes hot take the orange juice vessel out of the boiling water.

03. Whisk the orange juice with an egg beater till it becomes frothy . Put the skinned separated segments of the orange into the frothy orange juice mixture when it becomes cold. Mix well.

04. Pour this mixture into a pudding dish Keep it in the fridge to set. When it is set turn it up side down on a serving dish.

05. Serve it with cold custard cream or some light cream.
